Cancellation Policy

Please be careful to look over your order information before you submit it. If there is an item listed that you do not want, be sure to change the quantity number to "0" (zero) and then hit the "update" button to delete the item. If you do not "update," that item will be ordered.

If you need to cancel your order (or an item within your order) after hitting the "submit" button, please call or email us and let us know as soon as possible. We will make every effort to catch your order before it is shipped. We can not guarantee the cancellation if you do not call or email us immediately.

If the order is shipped before you cancel, please refuse the package without opening it and it will be returned to us. When we receive the unopened order, we will credit your account and mail you a receipt. Shipping costs will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for any shipping costs to return the merchandise to us.
